We are inquiring as to your assistance for our group, which was started May 21st 2004. This is an online group which allows people to put anything that they no longer need or want and have others come and get it rather than throwing away useful items. It is in fact, putting things back into the community and helping those in need. In this group, people can ask for specific items they may need, and someone else, may just have the exact thing they were looking for.

What I am coming to you for is because I am in need of a sponsor of the eCycle Free4All events. As you know, this is non funded group, with community involvement, in a effort to reduce landfill waste, and remember we are NOT 501C registered. We rely on the kindness of people like you to be able to pull off an event like this. In the Hillsdale eCycle group alone, we have almost 800 members who will benefit from this event.

We are not really looking for money donations, but rather locations to use and banners. If you feel you would rather make a money donation you may, all expenses will be added to the site for all viewing, as well as balances left for future events.

This will benefit you also by giving you the right to advertise at the event as well has right to have an employee there, with regards they supply your own advertising, as well as to be able to help our community flourish! You will also be listed on the Two-Groups website as a Sponsor.

In being a sponsor, 100% of money raised will fund this event and will help people in the Hillsdale area and the Coldwater area by lowering clutter and garbage, and allowing other people to have things they otherwise may not have been able to afford although they needed it. If you would like to sponsor in other ways, we are in need of a place to hold this event as well as a banner for the event.
